Noodle Star K is the first restaurant in Singapore to serve handmade cold noodles (NaengMyeon). Naengmyeon (冷麵, culture language: Langmyeon) is one of the unique changuksu dishes on the Korean Peninsula. Boiled noodles are put in cold broth and topped with seasoning and garnish.
